Best Breakfast Sandwich in the Burgh

I was looking to curb my early morning hunger this fine Tuesday and I knew there would be nothing but a true breakfast sandwich to do the trick. Working in the Southside of Pittsburgh I had a lot of options, Brueggers, Starbucks, Nadine's, Big Dog Coffee Shop, Bartram House, O'Learys... the list goes on. I knew if I was going to step out of my usual morning ritual of oatmeal or yogurt with fruit it was going to have to be beyond satisfying. I was hungry in an unusual way and i was craving something savory instead of sweet. I stumbled into Delanie's ready to be pleased and this beautiful breakfast sandwich is what happened. Full of egg, melted cheddar, bacon, and spinach squished together with a crispy croissant roll. Delanie's made me a happier human being this morning and I am very grateful for that. I was not really up for a post work workout but now I think with my extra boost earlier today I will make it to the gym after all!
